In What Way Is It More FUN To Be YOU Compared To Last Year? – Questions To Create A Transformative 2022

2021 is coming to an end. For many of us, the transition into a new year is a great time to slow down – and because of this to reflect and to let fresh insights come to mind.

For me, 2021 was an incredible year of holistic growth. Looking back, I never have been in better physical, mental and spiritual shape. I feel super aligned with my mission and doubled my business revenue compared to 2020. My clients are amazing souls with a highly positive impact on this world. My first book and album have been published. My relationships with my partner and with my friends are on a whole new level. I started to take singing classes and got into public speaking. I let go of many insecurities around money and the future. And much more …

Telling you this is not about me. It is about you. It is about inspiring you on what is possible – even during a global pandemic.

One of my mentors taught me: It is not bragging if you have done it. Own your success. Be grateful with your highs – and graceful with your lows.

Time for Reflection

For me, one important part of creating ourselves and our contribution to the world is to reflect and gain more clarity on how we would love to grow.

For this process, thought-provoking questions are crucial. Here I share some of my favorites with you. Some of the questions came through my mentor Rich Litvin, some came through my own insights.

Find some quiet, make yourself comfortable, and write down what comes to you. Go on a walk in between. Reflect on it. Refine your answers.

Here are the questions:

What am I present to as 2021 comes to an end (thoughts, emotions, energy, body sensations)?

What am I most proud of from 2021? What did I accomplish? How did I win in 2021? How did I create this?

What setbacks did I experience? What got in my way (external or internal roadblocks)?

What are the top 3 lessons I learned this year?

What were the 1-3 activities or habits that created 80% of your success, happiness and health?

Who were the 3-5 people that helped you produce 80% of your results? (Clients, colleagues, friends, loved ones).

What’s your breakthrough goal? (If you were only allowed to focus on one goal next year, which goal would be most likely to ensure that every other goal was accomplished—even if you were not allowed to work on them).

How will you contribute to a better world in 2022?

What is the biggest risk I’ll have to take in order to achieve my goals?

What will I be celebrating one year from now?

Have a great start into 2022

Much Love
